Now that we have already handed in the Proposal for our Raytracer Project and it's been marked already and given back, I figured I'd post it online here for any of you who are interested in what specifically I am doing for my Raytracer Project.
In total we have about 2.5 weeks for the project, so I am about 4 or 5 days into it now and I've finished 2 of the objectives, one of which is Spatial Subdivisions which is the hardest one (by about 3x) :)
