Still not sure if I have refraction right but this is looking a lot better now. It looks like I had my incident ray going in the wrong direction. So I'm still not sure if this is perfectly correct now, but it's certainly a lot closer than what I had before. Sweet. It's also almost 4am again, so I better get to sleep. :)
