This is really awesome, the new Creature Creator for Spore, the new Will Wright game from EA/Maxis. Pretty cool/hilarious demo, and very clean UI for designing video game creatures. I love the spine manipulation, and the way the character reacts to new arms and legs. Hilarious. And it's also a great example of a clear, user-driven interface that's aimed at novice users, and allows for a complex feature set to be used while hiding the details from the users.
